Release the Heaviness is a meditation and somatic movement class designed to help you reconnect with your body and notice where you carry tension, stress and unspoken heaviness. Through guided meditation and gentle somatic practice, participants learn to tune into physical sensation, identify where emotion lives in the body, and safely release what’s been held. This class isn’t about pushing through, it’s about slowing down enough to actually feel, so the body can finally let go. Leave lighter, more grounded, and more connected to yourself.

Held in alignment with the full moon’s energy of culmination and release, this is a space to fully feel, fully exhale, and fully let go. Come lie down, breathe, and cultivate the space you need to release.
